Confidence comes from within

Dances gives me energy. If I step into a dance class with negative emotions, I will always step out feeling ecstatic. This is the feeling I want to share with everyone, the joy of movement. Dance is not only for professionals, but for the once who love to move to the beat. I have experienced that many dance schools in CPH often do not have dance classes for adults who are beginners, and I want to change that. Through elementary school I kept dancing where I also did a little cheerleading and later did rhythm gymnastics. i was introduced to a new way of movement. My interest in western dance grew, and in gymnasium I started taking choreography dance classes and Dancehall. My love for dance got so big, that I decided to take a one-year dancing education at Hotstepper in 2016/17. I did many dance styles and thought I wanted to be a professional dancer. But no. My love to dance is still there, but it wasn’t dance as a profession that drew me. It was just the sharing and exchange of dance.

My style

My style is feminine, and is about getting touch with your sensual, powerful, strong feminine energy. The classes allow you to let go of your everyday stress and enter the “You-zone”. The you-zone is all about giving time and energy to yourself, and to make yourself bloom. I want to help you discover the fierce femme inside yourself.

Workshops

I do workshops for 1.5 hours, and it is built up by a warmup and a sketch for around 20 minutes. During the 20 minutes we also do by some of the steps in the choreography. We them use around 50 minutes learning the choreography, and we do it in YOUR tempo. This is made for beginners and therefore these classes are not for technical choreographies, but for the feeling while dancing. The last 20 minutes is just for dancing and getting the choreo into the body. Let yourself go!

You can see the next event in my calendar.
